Born in 1956, Steve earned his B.A. from Florida State University and his Law
Degree from the South Texas College of Law. He is licensed to practice law in
Texas, Louisiana and Washington D.C. He is also admitted to practice in the
Northern, Eastern and Southern Districts of The United States Federal Courts of
Texas and in the Eastern, Middle & Western Districts of The United States
district courts of Louisiana.
MEMBERSHIPS:
Steve is a member of the Texas State Bar Association, admitted in 1985. He is
also a member of the Louisiana Bar Association, Texas Trial Lawyers Association,
Houston Trial Lawyers Association and The American Trial Lawyers Association.
Todd Elias represents victims of personal injuries including maritime and
offshore accidents, automobile/eighteen wheeler accidents, work related
accidents, industrial site accidents, products liability, and chemical/toxic
exposure cases. He has represented over one thousand individuals and recovered
millions of dollars for his clients through trial and settlement during the past
ten years.
In addition to his personal injury practice, Todd also represents individuals
and businesses in commercial litigation including claims involving breach of
contract, non-compete agreements, breach of fiduciary duty and debt collection
services.
Todd is licensed by the Texas Supreme Court to practice before all Texas state
Courts and is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of Texas and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District
of Texas. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Texas Trial Lawyers
Association, the Houston Trial Lawyers Association and the Association of Trial
Lawyers of America
Todd earned his undergraduate degree from the Citadel, The Military College of
South Carolina and his Doctor of Jurisprudence from Texas Tech University School
of Law.
